Love reading conservative papers but really wish the "manage subscription" function worked.

My last issue ended on the12th of September. Its now the 17th and Im still waiting for the new issue. Very disappointing.

Great newspaper; terrible app. Please hire some geeks and FIX this app. asap.

Irritating app. Takes too long to download new editions and forgets login details No mechanism to delete individual downloads or restrict downloads to current edition. Design and content is good but because of its deficiencies find myself using the web version of the newspaper.

PLEASE fix this app. I love the telegraph but will cancel my subscription if it keeps crashing.

After latest "update" paying subscribers are unable to download TODAYS paper. For nearly a week what is available is "YESTERDAYS paper. Its as if Basil Fawlty were making an newspaper app! Just checked iTunes & Apple is still billing me $16.09. Every month…for yesterdays paper. This is more than "sharp practice" it borders on fraud! I have uninstalled & re-installed a half dozen times (the telegraphs solution) to no avail. I am not alone apparently thousands are experiencing the same faults being told un-install/install etc. HEADLINE for Telegraph app: "BREAKING BAD" Want YESTERDAYs News and want to pay-for-it --- This is the app for you.

The content has alway been excellent, however for several months there were frequent problems downloading and the archived editions used excessive storage capacity. The problems appear to now have been resolved and I would now highly recommend this app.

Doesnt indicate if a story is updated or corrected. Doesnt permit you to email stories to friends.

Slick interface that works intuitively. Well designed, simple to navigate and with easily accessible extra content. A joy to use and read.

Its fine now. Downloads perfectly. No problem at all. The only whine I have is that I cant send my family a few of your superb articles. Very happy with my Telegraphs layout, and the the order in which articles are presented. My number on online newspaper. Why cant the Telegraph download easily like all the other online newspapers? Its a constant fight to download it.some days it NEVER downloads. For heavens sake fix it or we may drop it. After all, what good is it to us if we hardly ever get to read it. Pat Since I wrote the above review, nothing has improved. The Telegraph appears provocatively for about a minute then shuts down. It is a disaster. We subscribed to The Times, as well, in the, vain hope that it might be better. But it too keeps collapsing, what sort of business is running these downloads & charging for them too? Disgraceful. Unless things improve very soon, no more of my money will go into their pockets. What a joke.

We got the Telegraph for my 92 year old mother. First tablet, first app. It took a few days but then she loved it. Reads ALL the paper. I like the design and the layout. Navigating is easy. And we have the puzzles.

Nice look and feel and easy to use but I have so many problems with my subscription. I keep on getting double billed as well. Very disappointed.

Please, please do something! The App never opens first time or indeed second & its very frustrating!! I have deleted and reinstalled countless times but to no avail. I am seriously thinking of discontinuing my subscription also because when I want to post an article on twitter I need to go to the telegraph website anyway!

Excellent app!

The App is very good, layout is well thought out, pictures, brief videos are high quality. Only issue is a certain inconsistence with the automatic download of the latest issue. Sometimes it does not work, so i have to start the download process (as a consequence, the picture in the front page of the paper is not updated). Relatively minor problem, its the only thing that makes the app not perfect.

Like the new layout, still need to de-bug frequent crashes and freezes

I have been through several iterations of the U.K. Telegraph App since its introduction. There will always be something better by the nature of this business. However the current App serves my interests in outstanding fashion. It is up to date, topical, and exciting to read especially if you are, like me, an Expat.

I live in Zimbabwe, British, having the Daily Telegraph daily on my IPad, is an enormous joy to me. I read it avidly, email articles to friends, family and my young daughter. The diversity of the articles brings me huge satisfaction. I dont rise from my bed until I have finished reading every article of interest to me. And believe me there are many. Being aged I cherish keeping in touch with all The Telegraph offers me. A sincere thank you.

Easy to navigate, clear to read. Now that the share function has been added I have nothing to gripe about. I prefer reading this newspaper on the app than on the computer.
