Very poor

Please, please do something! The App never opens first time or indeed second & its very frustrating!! I have deleted and reinstalled countless times but to no avail. I am seriously thinking of discontinuing my subscription also because when I want to post an article on twitter I need to go to the telegraph website anyway!
