Doesnt function

I downloaded this yesterday and got a (thankfully, free) one-month subscription. Thus far, I have not been able to view any content. Every other app and website works fine on my iPad. This is the only app that doesnt work, even after restarting my iPad and reinstalling the app. I get nothing but a black screen with three icons on the upper right. Nothing else loads.

This is garbage, or rubbish, or whatever the British word for that is.
