Not loading

Latest iPad OS and telegraph for iPad latest version. It will not load on a regular basis. Touch the icon get "the telegraph" page for two min then reverts to regular iPad. This has been happening for about two weeks now. Reinstalled telegraph to no avail. About 1/6 times it might Load correctly. Dont want to keep on paying for this!
